Sri Kapoteswara Swamy Temple 

 

Temple is located in kadali, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema district, Rajolu mandal. This village, located just three kilometers from Rajolu or Jaggannapet, is one of the coastal villages of Godavari. It is 6 km from Rajolu, the mandal headquarters, and 30 km from Amalapuram, the nearest town.
When the devotees who worshipped Shiva at the place prayed to the Lord to bestow blessings on them, the Lord disappeared saying, "I am here." Later, the Lord appeared there as Thaleswara Swamy and has been receiving the services of the devotees since then.

 According the history of this temple Once up on a time the place now wherein  temple is placed is a thickest forest at that time. One day in a heavy rain a hen hunter (Boyavadu) with hunger and tied sat under a tree with unhappy. Then a Dove (Kapotam) on the tree seen the hunter and felt that a visitor came to her domestic with starvation and determined to get rid of his hungry. Then the Dove flew away  from her domestic and brought a fireplace from a cemetery (smasanam) and dropped earlier than the hungry hunter and jumped in to that hearth to come to be foad for that hunter via seeing this the male dove who in on the top of the tree also jumped into the  fire. By seeing the Dove’s sacrifies approximately to clean his hungry he himself.
